M.A.X Return & Refund Policy
Mission Abolition X products are currently fulfilled by Printful, a print-on-demand service. Using print-on-demand allows us to keep overhead cost lower, Since each item is printed and fulfilled by Printful, our return policy largely reflects theirs:
1. General Returns & Exchanges
Because your products are printed specifically for you, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection (unless it falls under a misprint/defect), or incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure you double-check our size guides and your shipping information before placing an order.
2. Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors (Misprints/Defects)
We take quality control seriously. If you receive a damaged product or an item with a manufacturing error (e.g., a misprint, a tear, or an incorrect item), we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.

To report a damaged or defective item:

Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the damaged/defective product. Photos are crucial for us to process your request efficiently.

3. Wrong Size Received (Due to Printful Error)
If you received an item that is a different size than what you ordered (e.g., you ordered a Large, but received a Medium, AND the garment tag indicates Medium), this is considered a manufacturing error.

To report an incorrect size received:

Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item received, specifically showing the garment tag and any relevant measurements if possible.

4. Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to support@missionabolitionx.com no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printful and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Before reporting a lost package:

Please double-check your shipping address in your order confirmation.

Look for any delivery attempt notices.

Check with neighbors or your local post office.

If the tracking information shows the order was delivered but you haven't received it, we understand this can be frustrating. We will do our best to assist you in locating the package. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages that show as delivered by the carrier; the carrier should be contacted such cases.
5. Returned by Carrier (Unclaimed/Wrong Address)
If a package is returned to Printful due to an incorrect address provided by you, or if it's left unclaimed at a post office, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item to the correct address. If you do not wish to have the item re-shipped, a refund will not be issued.

6. How to Initiate a Return/Replacement Request

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 5 business days (we may be subject to delays from Printful as far as resolutions go, but we value prompt and transparent communication with our customers.)

Verification: All return/replacement requests are subject to verification by Mission Abolition X and Printful.

Product Condition: For eligible returns, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

Final Decision: We reserve the right to refuse returns or replacements at our discretion if the issue does not fall within the scope of our policy.
