Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with M.A.X! We're committed to delivering your unique designs to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. All of our products are printed on demand, fulfilled and shipped by our production partner, Printful.

Production Time:
Each product is printed especially for you once your order is placed. The typical production time for most items is 2-7 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, production times may be slightly longer.

Please be aware that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs processing, unforeseen weather events, or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, shipping method, and destination. You will see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

No Free Shipping?
At this time, we do not offer free shipping. Many stores that do this, actually just increase their pricing to cover the cost of shipping, as a marketing tactic. This often means areas with lower shipping costs end up subsidizing the areas with higher shipping costs. In the future, we may be able to offer free shipping in a way that makes sense for everyone, but for now we would rather keep the cost of the products low and transparent, while customers handle the shipping costs directly. 

We do often offer multiple deals in direct relation to the price of the products, please check for these before ordering! Feel free to email support@missionabolitionx.com for a list of current deals. 

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the email.

International Shipping:
We do offer international shipping to many countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information.

Multiple Shipments:
Items in your order may be produced at different Printful facilities and shipped separately. This means you might receive multiple tracking numbers and packages for a single order, as well as multiple shipping costs (you will see the breakdown on checkout).

Printful does not have an option to control whether items get shipped separately or together. As we grow, we plan to handle more of the production and shipping ourselves, in order to bring prices down. We appreciate your understanding and support until then. 

Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@missionabolitionx.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Printful and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
